Pass through the great room, slide open the large glass pocket doors, and take in the calming view of rich greens and soothing blues - Kukui’ula’s “Members Only” private golf course and the Pacific Ocean.
Framing that view is your private swimming pool, relaxing chaise loungers, a fully furnished outdoor lanai with flat-screen TV, gas grill and an elegant wood dining table. After watching the sunset, there are four bedrooms to retire to. Three rooms feature a king-size bed, two with en-suites. The fourth is a “bunk-style” design with two full beds beneath two twin beds. The home offers three full baths, a powder room and an outdoor shower off the master bedroom bath.
Maluhia Makai is also equipped with a full kitchen, laundry room, air conditioning throughout, Sonos sound system, cable TV and WiFi.
Kukui’ula is situated in Po’ipū on the South Shore. Known for sunny days and beautiful weather, it’s home to some of Kauai’s most amazing beaches teeming with sea life. You may even catch a glimpse of the endangered Hawaiian sea turtle while here! It is also rich in cultural attractions and outdoor adventures.
The Shops at Kukui’ula is within biking/walking distance. It features restaurants (Merriman’s, The Dolphin Po’ipū, Eating House 1849) and shops (Tommy Bahamas, Tori Richard, Lululemon). As well as a small market store with fresh produce and fine wine selections, and art galleries showcasing local artists.
Enjoy a Culinary Market experience every Wednesday 3:30-5:30pm and a Kanikapila (Hawaiian music jam session) every Friday 6:30-8:30pm.
