Kauai Juice Co: Fresh pressed juice, kombucha, healthy locally sourced small snacks/lunch.
Break + Feast: Incredible brunch location featuring creative and delicious choices.
Anake’s Juice Bar: Acai bowl and smoothie shop in the back left corner of Kukui’ula Market.
Porky’s: Yummy and fun lunch spot; gourmet “hot dogs”.
Mucho Aloha Brewhouse: A fun laid back lunch and dinner location offering fresh Mexican cuisine and local beer.
Koloa Fish Market: Great local style plate lunches and fresh fish!
Living Foods: Located in the Kukui’ula Shops, stop by for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as shop for specialty groceries.
Merrimans: Delicious dinner featuring regional cuisine and supporting local farmers.
Stevenson’s Library: Sit on the terrace and enjoy a premium sushi dinner.
Tasting Room: Wine tasting room with appetizers and dinner.
Fresh Shave: Shave ice - fun shop in cute Old Koloa town.
WHAT TO DO —
The Shops at Kukui’ula: Beautiful outdoor shopping area with stores, restaurants, etc.
Kukui’ula Farmers Market: 3:30-6:00pm on Wednesday— Produce, treats, live music, etc.!
Old Koloa Town: Walk around charming Old Koloa Town and shop, eat, etc.
Learn to Surf: Take a lesson from one of our awesome local surf instructors!
Lounge + Swim by the Beach: A few of our favorites are Baby Beach , Kiahuna Beach, Poipu Beach Park, and Shipwreck Beach.
Rent E-Bikes: Explore the south side and feel the ocean breeze.
Zipline: Experience the longest zipline on Kaua’i at Koloa Zipline.
Attend a Luau: Experience Kaua‘i’s only oceanfront lū‘au on the South Shore’s idyllic Po‘ipū Beach
Walk the Greenbelt: A fun/beautiful little walking path that starts near Brennecke’s Beach, goes through the resorts and over to Shipwreck Beach. You can loop back around by following the coast past Makahuena Point and the Natural Bridge and then walking Pe’e/Hoonea Road. A great activity to do at sunrise or sunset!
Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail: Easy to intermediate hike along cliffs to a secluded beach. You don’t have to do all of it to still experience the beauty!
Makauwahi Cave Reserve: Donations Accepted — Really cool caves near Maha’ulepu Beach (you’ll follow the same directions as above). Look for signs! There’s also a tortoise refuge nearby that’s fun for kids!
Allerton’s Garden Tour: Paid Adventure — We really enjoy this beautiful garden tour! You’ll get to walk around stunning private gardens and learn a lot of native plants and history.
